Dr. Rudolph has been involved in prehospital medicine for more than 20 years now, participating in HEMS and ground-based care. Currently, he has two employers, his main job is working for the DRF Luftrettung, a large HEMS provider in Germany with 29 HEMS bases spread all over the country, his position is currently Director of medical training for the whole company as well as working as a HEMS Doctor.

Additionaly he works as an anesthetist, intensivist & critical care physician at the University Hospital in Mannheim. He is hugely involved in medical training, focusing on ultrasound, trauma, CPR and pediatric anesthesia. One further topic is the implementation of invasive techniques in our system.
